Sophie Raworth

Sophie Raworth

Sophie Raworth is the main presenter of the BBC's News at One. She also is a regular presenter on the BBC's News at Six and occasionally on BBC's News at Ten.

Sophie made her film debut (so to speak), when she had a cameo appearance in Bruce Willis' 2013 film, "A Good Day to Die Hard". She played herself at the start of the film. Also in that same year, Sophie was awarded an honorary Doctor of Arts by City University in London.

Sophie Raworth presented Watchdog Daily in 2012 and Watchdog Test House in 2014-15. She then took over Anne Robinson's role, as the main presenterr of Watchdog.

2016 saw another move when Sophie became the main presenter of Crimewatch, a post previously held by Kirsty Young and one she had guest presented on, four years earlier.
