Jackie Brambles has been an international broadcast journalist for 25 years and most recently was the lead anchor on ITV1's award-winning lunchtime show 'Loose Women'. In September 2009 she left the show after 3 years to focus on launching her new digital media business - BroadStance Media Ltd.
Jackie began her broadcasting career in radio aged 19 at her local radio station "West Sound" in Ayr, before moving to London to join Capital Radio and BBC Radio 1 shortly thereafter. Also during this period, Jackie hosted the iconic Top of the Pops and was a reporter on Going Live.
Jackie relocated to the USA in 1994 where she soon joined CBS, broadcasting in the San Francisco Bay Area and also worked in Silicon Valley as a media coach and consultant for major IT companies such as Intel, Sun Microsystems, Adobe, Sony, Oracle and also the City of San Francisco.
In 1999, Jackie moved south to Los Angeles and joined the LA bureau for GMTV as Foreign Correspondent. During her six years in Hollywood Jackie interviewed the world's most famous stars multiple times and covered a vast variety of news events, from the red carpet of the Oscars to Presidential Elections and 9/11.
After 11 years in the USA, Jackie returned to the UK in 2005. Since then, she has married and had 2 children, anchored the hugely popular ITV daytime show "Loose Women".
Jackie Brambles is now available for hosting and facilitating at conferences and awards.
