Cesarina Holm Kander
Cesarina first hit our screens back in 2003 in 'Working Wonders' ITV, where Cesarina was given just 24 hours in which to troubleshoot and suggest turnaround solutions to four businesses that were previously unknown to her. The show was a ratings success.
In addition to her MBA & business qualifications, Cesarina has also studied Journalism at City University.
Cesarina began her career in the City as a financial analyst. She moved into consultancy in 1992, specialising in retail & consumer-facing businesses, before moving in-house in 1996 when she joined the Kingfisher group. Her role as corporate analyst at Superdrug encompassed both immediate trading issues and longer-term strategic issues including the development of both corporate & category strategy and the analysis of acquisitions. In 1999, Cesarina joined A.T.Kearney as a director in the consumer industry practice before leaving to become CEO & co-founder of a consumer facing e-business, which was subsequently acquired by e-kingfisher in January 2002.
Cesarina specialises in business development & business turnarounds (analysis & fixing trouble shooting!). She has worked on projects for clients ranging from household names to a host of smaller enterprises, and her experience is that there are common issues that help determine business success or failure and that those issues apply regardless of size or sector. Cesarina has a particular passion for how those same skills translate to personal development and success, and for how career & enterprise can transform lives as well as businesses.
