As an accomplished radio broadcaster her quick wit, along with her cheerfulness has seen her work with the likes of Tony Blackburn & Robin Galloway. And has given her the opportunity to broadcast shows live from the USA & Thailand.
With over 15 years experience she’s interviewed a wide range of people from politicians to pop stars. Marie-Clair has written for a number of newspapers and magazines and had her own column in the Evening Times. She’s also currently working for the Royal Lyceum Theatre, as an a assistant director on their LYT programme.
Previous corporate clients that have engaged her services have been, Standard Life, M&S, & Tiso to name a few. She has also hosted numerous award ceremonies, the CIS Excellence Awards, Commercial Property Awards, & Catering in Scotland Awards. Marie-Clair has also won some accolades “BT News Journalist of the Year”, GMG Media Groups prestigious “Best Radio Breakfast Show, and while presenting on the City TV Network her news programme was nominated for a Bafta.
When she’s not working Marie-Clair enjoys running 10ks for charity and raising money for a local playgroup.
Her sense of adventure has seen her bungee jump off Victoria Falls Bridge, Scuba Dive with Gray Reef Sharks in the Maldives and climb Mount Kilimanjaro. She also loves to ski and ab-sail.
Whenever she has the chance, she loves to travel, and has just completed her NUJ course in travelling writing an avenue she’s keen to explore in the future.
She lives in Edinburgh with her husband and their three year old son and is in the throws of writing a children’s book.
