Stephen Jardine

Former Scotland Today presenter Stephen Jardine is one of Scotland's best known journalists and broadcasters. Stephen continues to front a huge range of TV and radio programmes for the BBC and he is one of SpeakOut's most popular hosts and facilitators for awards and conferences.
Stephen started his career with STV as a reporter. However, he quickly moved on and in 1993 he became Scotland Correspondent for GMTV. He stayed with them for six years and became their Europe Correspondent while based in Paris. He also spent some time presenting as their London based correspondent and presenter on the station.
Seven years later Stephen Jardine was back in Scotland and he was now covering a wide range of programmes for STV including documentaries, live events, a daily talk show and of course, the flagship news programme "Scotland Today", which he hosted alongside Kirsty Young, Shereen Nanjiani and Viv Lumsden.

Stephen Jardine is also the founder of Scotland's first dedicated food and drink communications company, TASTE Communications
